If your payment is not settled within 30 days, your account will be permanently deleted and a late payment penalty of 25% will be applied.

If these files are shared, copied, sold or broadcast on the Internet, your account will be suspended without recourse or reimbursement. Subscription formula
In the case of a monthly subscription, the monthly instalment will be deducted and renewed automatically each month. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time. Simply send an e-mail via the contact form no later than 48 hours before the renewal date, and your request will be taken into account and you will not have to pay the next month's instalment.
Once your request has been processed (within about 48 hours), your access to the site will be blocked. If you've just paid your monthly subscription fee, please wait until the end of this period before sending your cancellation e-mail, so that you can make the most of your access. To find out the renewal date, check your subscription confirmation e-mail or your invoice. If you subscribed on September 15, for example, your renewal will take place 30 days later, on October 15.
No refunds will be made once the debit has been made if you have not sent a cancellation e-mail at least 48 hours beforehand.
Right of withdrawal / Return of products
In France, article L 221-18 of the Consumer Code stipulates that consumers have 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to exercise their right of withdrawal from a distance contract, without having to justify their decision or incur other costs.
However, article L 221-28 paragraph 9 of the French Consumer Code excludes "the supply of audio or video recordings, or computer software" from the legal withdrawal period if the product has been unsealed by the consumer. In France, the legal 14-day right of withdrawal is therefore void from the moment the product ordered is downloaded.
However, some products on the site come with a "satisfied or your money back" guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the product, you have 30 days from the date of purchase of your first subscription to send your request for a refund by e-mail, explaining why you are not satisfied with the product, in order to receive a full refund.
If you have not sent a cancellation e-mail at least 48 hours before the second monthly payment is due to be debited, in order to allow sufficient processing time, no refund will be possible once the second monthly payment has been debited.
No refunds will be made after these 30 days.
Refunds can only be made via PayPal or Stripe.
N.B.: Refunds are only valid during the 30 days following your first subscription. So, if you have already been a member of Selmer #607 School and cancelled your subscription, then re-enrolled a few months later, the guarantee cannot be applied.
Similarly, the 30-day money-back guarantee is valid only once per course, regardless of the type of payment and member access chosen.
In the event of abuse of the right of retraction by a user of the publisher's training catalog (this includes the Selmer #607 School training courses as well as the training courses on the Apprendre le Jazz Manouche website), for example: purchase of a training course then request for reimbursement then purchase of another training course then request for reimbursement etc., the publisher reserves the right to exclude the guarantee as well as to ban the user from the website without any possible recourse.
